Buying but not selling?
If the seller offers adequate compensation, we will credit you a minimum of $1000 and up to 1.5% of the home's cost for allowable items such as closing costs.
Not all sellers offer compensation to buyer's agents. There are no set commission or concession amounts, so your savings as a buyer working with us will vary on a case-by-case basis.
